By accessing or using Makan Split ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Makan Split is a bill-splitting application that allows users to:

• Scan receipts and identify individual items
• Split meal costs among group members
• Track payment status from participants
• Earn reward points for completed splits

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating splits
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Be responsible for payments between participants (Makan Split does not process payments directly)
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Payments & DuitNow

Makan Split facilitates payment coordination but does not process payments directly. All payments are made peer-to-peer between users via DuitNow or other methods. We are not responsible for payment disputes between participants.

5. Rewards Program

Points are earned through completing splits and can be redeemed for team rewards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
